Ectopic Pregnancy

Has anyone gotten the methotrexate shot when they had an ectopic pregnancy | Mom Answers | BabyCenter

2 out of 2 found this helpful I was only 5 days passed my missed period when I started bleeding and went to the hospital. That can happen but a lot of times you dont bleed or have pain... both are normal. A hsg is a hysteropingagram which is where they go through your cervix and shoot dye into your uterus and it goes up into your fallopian tubes. It helps the doc see if there are any blockages. It also can clean your tubes out and make them more clear. I think it is a common procedure after ectopic but not sure if it is technically standard or not. Good luck! posted 02/21/2011 by supernovaLA Report answer Was this answer helpful? Yes | No Thank you!

1 out of 1 found this helpful It may take up to 3 cycles after you stop bleeding from the tubal . That gives time got the medication to clear out of your system and your body to heal. . . . Just relax it will happen . .and for danjonf.. the things that will happen is the medication will help reobsorbe the pregnancy and help you to stop bleeding . Its scary but everything will work out posted 04/07/2013 by armywife5207 Report answer Was this answer helpful? Yes | No Thank you!

I just had the methotrexate shot a couple of days ago and I am worried of what's to come. posted 02/20/2011 by danjonf Report answer Was this answer helpful? Yes | No Thank you!
